What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 1 x 20ft container, which typically holds 20-22 CBM of plywood depending on thickness and specification.
For new buyers or trial orders, we offer flexibility on smaller quantities at adjusted pricing. Contact us to discuss your specific needs -- we're happy to work with first-time importers.

What certifications do your products carry?
Our plywood products are produced to meet international quality and safety standards. Available certifications include:
- CARB P2 / E0 / E1 -- Low formaldehyde emission standards for furniture-grade panels
- FSC -- Forest Stewardship Council certified materials available on request
- IPPC / ISPM 15 -- Phytosanitary fumigation mark for packaging plywood
- SGS / BV -- Third-party inspection reports available upon request

Shipping transit time depends on your destination port. Southeast Asia: 5-10 days. Africa / Middle East: 15-25 days. South America: 25-35 days. We provide full shipment tracking and documentation support.

Can I customize size, glue type, or face veneer?
Yes -- customization is one of our core strengths as a direct factory supplier. We support:
- Panel size -- Standard 4Γ8 ft or custom dimensions
- Glue type -- MR (moisture-resistant), WBP (waterproof), or phenolic for marine applications
- Face veneer -- Poplar, birch, okoume, pine, eucalyptus, or hardwood species
- Thickness & grade -- Full range from 3mm to 25mm, B/BB to C/D grades

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods commonly used in international trade:
- T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) -- 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment
- L/C (Letter of Credit) -- Available for orders above USD 30,000
- Western Union / MoneyGram -- For smaller trial orders
